Configure Siovos Desktop
Siovos Desktop settings are accessible from the sidebar. The page contains two tabs: General and Updates.
General#
Language#
Siovos Desktop is available in French and English. By default, the application detects your system language. You can change it manually - the change is immediate.
Automatic Updates#
Enables or disables automatic update checks at application startup. Enabled by default.
Notifications#
Enables or disables toast notifications (success, errors, deployment completion, VPN status). Enabled by default.
Save and Reset#
- Save stores your preferences (language, toggles)
- Reset restores default preferences (automatic updates and notifications enabled)
Reset only affects application preferences. Your infrastructures and deployment data are not affected.
Updates#
The Updates tab lets you check for and install new versions of Siovos Desktop.
If an update is available:
- Click Download
- Wait for the download
- Click Install and restart
The application automatically restarts with the new version.
