License Activation
Activate your Siovos Desktop license
After your purchase, you receive a license key by email and a user account is automatically created at account.siovos.com. Here's how to activate it.
Activate Your License#
Open Siovos Desktop and go to Licenses from the sidebar.
Click New license, then enter:
- Your license key (from the email or from your customer portal)
- The email used during purchase
That's it! Your license is now active.
Free Mode#
Without a license, Siovos Desktop works in Free mode: you can deploy a basic Kubernetes cluster with a demo app. To access full features (VPN, certificates, advanced services), activate a paid license.
Common Issues#
"Invalid license key" - Copy-paste the key directly from the email or from your customer portal. Watch out for extra spaces.
"License has expired" - Renew your subscription from the customer portal.
"Unable to connect" - Check your internet connection. If you're behind a proxy, allow license.siovos.com.
Find Your Key#
Your license key is always available in the customer portal. Log in with your purchase email.
