License Activation
Activate your Siovos Desktop license
After your purchase, you receive a license key by email. Here's how to activate it.
Activate Your License#
Open Siovos Desktop and go to Licenses from the sidebar.

Click New license, then enter your key and the email used during purchase.

That's it! Your license is now active.
Plan Limits#
Each plan has its own limits:
- Solo: 3 devices
- Team: 10 devices
- Business: unlimited
Common Issues#
"Invalid license key" — Copy-paste the key directly from the email. Watch out for extra spaces.
"License has expired" — Renew your subscription from the customer portal.
"Maximum devices exceeded" — You've reached the device limit. Deactivate one from the customer portal or upgrade to a higher plan.
"Unable to connect" — Check your internet connection. If you're behind a proxy, allow license.siovos.com.
Find Your Key#
Your license key is always available in the customer portal. Log in with your purchase email.
